By creating an account with Incognito Casino, you're agreeing to the terms set out on this page. Read them before you deposit rather than after a dispute comes up; they cover what we expect from you and what you can expect from us. Registration is open only to players aged 18 or over (or the higher legal age where you live, if that applies), and you'll need to confirm your identity as part of that process.

Your account

One account per player, one player per household. Details you provide at registration need to be accurate and kept current, particularly your name, date of birth and country of residence, since these determine which games and promotions you can access. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private; activity on your account is treated as yours unless we can see clear evidence of unauthorised access.

Bonuses and promotions

Bonus funds carry a 35x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn, and a minimum deposit of €20 applies at each of the three stages. Free spin winnings are capped at €200 per game, and any bonus obtained through false information, duplicate accounts or bonus abuse will be voided along with related winnings.

Deposits, withdrawals and verification
